Taşıyo helps you describe a moving need and evaluate company options. Your chosen moving company carries out the transport.

    Select a service, route and date. Include your item list and access details. Creating a customer request is free.

  2. Let your request be reviewed

    The form saves your request for administrator review. Published requests can be viewed by companies with the relevant access permissions.

  3. Check any quotes you receive

    Compare more than the price: ask about packing, reassembly, lift access, insurance scope and delivery arrangements.

  4. Agree the details with the company

    Confirm the scope, total charge and payment terms in writing. You decide which option, if any, suits your move.

Does Taşıyo carry out the move?

No. Taşıyo is a moving-request platform, not the moving company. The company you choose is responsible for the agreed transport service. Confirm the scope, price and payment terms with that company in writing.

Is submitting a moving request free?

Yes. Creating a customer moving request is free, and the request form does not collect a moving payment. The moving price and any additional charges must be agreed with the service provider.

What happens after I submit a request?

The existing form saves your request for administrator review. Submission does not mean automatic publication, automatic notifications to moving companies or a guarantee that you will receive a quote. Published requests may be viewed by companies with the relevant access permissions.

Who can see my phone number and email?

Phone numbers and email addresses are not shown in the general request list. Submitting the form or receiving a company offer does not automatically disclose these details to moving companies. Read the privacy information before submitting your details.

Can I complete the quote form in English?

Yes. The existing request form is available in English. Your service selection is passed to the same request system and your request first goes to administrator review. Legal documents and other site pages remain in Turkish. English-speaking movers or English-language support are not guaranteed.

What should I compare when I receive quotes?

Compare the same item list, route and date. Check packing, dismantling and reassembly, floor access, any external lift, insurance scope, delivery timing, extra charges and cancellation terms. Ask the company to confirm these details in writing.
